I believe Directors, (RM & GC), supported the capital raising, (rights issue), as underwriters whereas DS would have probably qualified through his prior holding to qualify for shares taken up.
Good to see directors supporting the capital raising, the technical aspects of their particpation aren't really the most important bit, I just like that they had the confidence to dig into their own pockets.
Their intentions to support the CR were mentioned from the start.
Overall I'm pleased with the amount raised, with the focus now squarely on the claims against Mylan currently in Arbitration.
