    Grade and potential for satellites are much better at WGR (Tenant Creek was built on a series of outcropped gold finds) which explains the merger on equal maket cap. terms.

    WGR has caught a nice bid today which will firm up AAG short term.

    Bid has already attracted some nice acceptances.

    Hard to see them ending up with less than 40%.
