The attached table is my interpretation of Peloton's valuation. Their valuation appears based on educated predictions of # of clinical trialists, monthly pulse sales run rate, and the anticipated revenue models. I think they skewed the EV multiple to balance the outputs, high growth stocks command higher EV multiples during periods of growth, so I think the potential upside is much higher if the Pulse takes off.
The Pulse just launched and sales reported 300units /month to end of April, and forecast 900/month by end of June, tracking where we want it.
