I don't think a speeding ticket will hurt, if anything the "curious" may look to wonder why and when they see that a court decision for a potential payout is nearly upon us, may prompt more to jump on the bus. IMO of course.......
GGX have the answer if a ticket was issued, as the previous ANN outlined the date a company making decision could be made, so a valid reason why the share price and volume would be bouyant.
