    I'd highly doubt anyone knows anything. The case isn't until the 15th (French time) and would doubt it would be heard early. (Unless there was an out of court settlement???)

    Current MC = $11M
    IF we got full compensation = $55M
    Pay back the directors = $10M
    CASH in bank = $45M

    This would be 4 x our current MC !
