Great basement buy, on a risk to reward basis.

Beside Murphy's law throwing a spanner into the works, or should I say a pry-bar in the well last year...I don't see alot wrong with this company or the way it's managed.

Is there anyone here that could speak hpothetically to what the possible $57mill may be used for?, beside the obvious debt repayments etc.. Do we have any future projects underway, in consideration or in the pipeline?
