I know if you use precedent as a guide, the French courts have ruled in favour of GGX on 2 previous occasions and have paid out on the rulings, and the fact that when GGX entered into the oil field exploration agreement years ago there was no indication of the country abandoning oil exploration at the time, they have a pretty strong case.
