Miningdoctor, I think you have highlighted the problem.
Bluechiip has two board members with Accounting/Commerce qualifications and two with Engineering quals.
Bluechiip’s customers have qualifications in biological sciences, pathology, pharmacology, biochemistry etc and many to PhD levels.
They are two very different groups with little empathy for one another. They certainly would not have a lot to talk about over the dinner table.
