In my view it is what I suspected and have been talking about for some days. The institutions to whom the shares were (at.135) issued to begin the raising of funds for that total 14 mill (we need to yet give approval for the main tranch) are being sold as the institutions suddenly need the money back.

From the report they are US based and money problems are big over there on a day to day basis.

Just my surmising of course but it looks something like that I bet.
