    I think a lot of tech stocks overshot 12 months ago. Most that i follow are well down off those highs and now have to execute on their plans and potential toget back to those levels.  Don't think Nov is necessarily undervalued based on fundamentals right now.  But a shift in overall sector sentiment might be required to see big % gains in the short term.
