    JBREV , The $12M estimated cash outflow for next December Q. is irrelevant , if you look at past quarters.
    Estimated cash outflow for March 2018 quarter $18.7 M - June 2018 Q. $11.5 M - September 2018 Q. $10.7 M and as you stated $12M for December 2018. The customers receipt almost match the outflow , Last quarter NOV made a small surplus because of the R&D grant but even without they almost break even. .Also I notice estimated cash outflow are more that the actual one . I agree we could have a CR but it would be to build on grow and not to fund cash outflow..
