if they are going to change the dates, why not extend closing date until after vesting period for their options….end of April be fine ….around the time the shareholders asked to vote on whether directors are able to partake in the placement …
why should shareholders have to guess at what is happening while directors will no doubt be scrambling to get a deal on finance done a few weeks later…
And they will have most of the money from the placement …to keep all activities going …..
