As regards the 40 odd million Shares plus attached options which were gifted( not actually gifted but certainly a gift from our very naive management) to the underwriters I suspect less than one percent has been moved as yet. The truth is that they will probably do as they did when they had a similar allotment two years ago and sell into every good bit of news. Many wonder at the comparative price of APC to other SOP producers which is certainly low. I believe their continual selling into to any form of good news during that period has largely contributed to current undervaluation of APC. This time around the underwriters have 40 million plus gifted at 7cents. I can hardly imagine that the share price is going to go back to the 11-12cent range it was prior to the issue anytime soon.

However at least the management have shown some form intelligence recently with the joint ventures and maybe if they don't trip over their feet with another rush of blood to the head steer the company to the benefit of all shareholders. I for one except making errors but making the same mistake twice was not a good sign. 

Lets hope that things can move forward ........ well after the underwriters have extracted their pound of F..... of course.
