that lend to developing countries"
Quarter ending 30th September "subsequent to the quarter DFC completed
preliminary review of the project proposed"
Also mentions third party lithium mica feedstock.
Also mentions third party licensing.

As of 2019 the US is the worlds largest oil producer (wiki).
We know that alkali formates and in particular ceasium and potassium
are unsurpassed as a drilling fluid, especially in deep wells and
horizontal drilling.
All supply comes from China.
Just wondering if we maybe going under the guise of helping
a developing country and protecting national interest.
I keep thinking Formate Brines.3
