Gas can produce power to run all those politically incorrect air-conditioning units up there to cope with the heat from the runaway climate calamity. Also could pump the water for the greener swamp box evaporative air coolers. Then compressed gas and fuel could be used to power the mobile generators to recharge flat EV's that couldn't make it to the non-existent charging stations.
