Originally there was a separate Mars one on EARS2, which seemed to get stuck forever, so I think after the Deep & Shallow EP was approved, they just added Mars to it, presumably to simply the whole thing for the pretty little heads of the bureaucrats - so still waiting for Mars, but the company already confirmed they had everything in place for Shallow above ground 13/8:

but ibraz is right to point out still waiting for the PGR well approval. Doubt the rig would have been mobilized if they weren’t 100% confident of that being ticked off in a timely fashion, no reason it wouldn't be.
