    I'm guessing Tom would rather announce the arrival and setting up of the rig, rather than announce the rig is in transit to appease anxious investors with memories of timeline blowouts. CEO's right, a phone call to Buru will soothe nerves.
    Focus on spud date and the most exciting catalyst in a long time.
