I assume there must be a control premium paid for the raise otherwise it’s very unlikely to be considered in the best interests of the company by the independent expert. I also can’t see EMR wanting to take too much of a bath at the current share price.
Chinese entities have massive investments in Australian companies and assets so i think it’s unlikely FIRB will be an issue.
