The Chinese can’t expect a fair price for the Canadian asset if they don’t pay a fair price for the hfr asset. They are both interrelated and subject to an IER I thought. The Chinese want an asx investment vehicle or any vehicle that’s not Chinese. I’m becoming more confident of a good deal.
