Could be a number of ways.
1. the other strategic money are related parties so under Corps Act, they'd be considered one investor.
2. Initial USD90m but then what price doe the Southey project vender at? it's got a $3.6B capex figure so I'd say it's NPV is huge .... could be their strategic investment account for 25% and then the project account for another 25% or more
