It'll require a shareholder vote to approved. as part of that NOM, an IER will be included. I've been involved in a few IERs as a bidder and target and they take 3 mths to pull together.
that's once the commerce has been announced.
Have no idea where they are in the commerce negotiation but you'd think technical DD is well advanced.
I think it's end of CY for a vote.
might be wrong but I think August is not achievable.
