This isn’t a finance deal it’s a dilution event. No number on the amount of shares issued. No loan. Unfortunately a massive dilution of shareholder interest is going to happen. Will be pleasantly surprised if it trades above 40 cents. The clever will exit the stock today on the disguised hype.
