My point is ..... HFR have a disclosure obligation. They've disclosed all the outcomes:
1. Yancoal become the single largest holder
2. Board of Directors intend to recommend
3. EMR will support
4. EMR and Tectonic will convert their notes
5. HFR will acquire Southey.
That's great concept, but we the expect equity to trade on incomplete information?
we need the price of the USD220 and financial metrics for Southey.
All the company have done today is flag to the 4.5m short sales is you won't get you shares issued back in a traditional ECM raise so you had better get to work to cover yourselves.
