A majority of shares... and board numbers. Proxy takeover...
Does anyone know EMR's average share price? Condition they convert the convertible notes which will bring that average down.
Reason I ask, they wouldnt agree to it if they didnt see themselves being underwater.
It sounds amazing at face value, but lack of numbers makes it hard to assess what it means for a $/share...
