The final transaction price hasn't been determined, so how does everyone propose that the buy in price (which is contingent on the transaction price) be reported? All we know is the placement amount. The other metrics (ie. transaction price, buy in price, shares to be issued etc) are impossible to deduce from the information provided in the announcement.
