Understandable that holders are upset. I'm not naive I just understand the rules better than you do. You can't have a legally binding agreement on price under the hood of a non-binding letter. What nonsense is that? I care little about your views on governance as I don't hold this and never have. So my points are purely objective and have no regard to the board. Good luck.
