F wits! Is early to mid q3 still the date to conclude this deal. I’m getting the feeling current managment would love to brag about being part of a top 10 potash company. They benefit, larger salaries more sh##t to do. While shareholders gain f all.
No indicative price on deal. No timeline. Thanks a lot guys. Leave market in doubt. If they haven’t got an indicative idea on transaction pricing then deal will most likely fall through. If they have they should have released it.
