I think the base case is 2/3 - 3/4 dilution (66.7%-75% buy in from new cornerstone investors), existing holders retain 25% in the new entity. EMR participating in the buy in lessen the dilution to them. But rest of the existing shareholders probably won't get the same privilege. Better than the alternative where nothing happens and watch SP going down steadily. Reset your upside expectations.
