Ummm….I haven’t aclue. I spent a lot of time over the weekend on a deep dive understanding the two solution mines in Canada and it’s hard to get a read on.

I suspect given theretraction today, the company hasn’t the slightest on the technical andfinancials at this stage either.

What I would say is ifMuga is two years away and a clear pathway. I reckon Southey would be a decade away. Can you attribute a high valuation to a project that has no certainty or plan to production…..I’d think not.

In terms of all thethings that the original announcement said including, uponcompletion of the Proposed Cooperation, Yankuang Energy will become the largestshareholder, be able to nominate the majority of the Board of directors, obtaincontrol of Highfield and will consolidate the accounts of Highfield. This is all achievable at 50.1%.

So I think that’s a good balance to work to forthe moment until further information. I’ve gone 55/45 in my scenario
