I dont like the fact the company will not give an estimate time to wrap this up. I would have thought commercials are agreed and it is just has to go through legal departments
Yanguang should just finance the whole deal. Cash and equity. Why not, they have the money. They probably know southey is a marginal dud project 10 years away from producing, thats why they are throwing it in and getting 50% of hfr with a npv of $2.9 b. all for only USD90m.
