I would have thought current shareholders ending up with a third when it all settles seems unlikely.
It states Yankuang will end up major shareholder , control HFR and consolidate the earnings on their balance sheet. That suggests to me they will have minimum 51%, for US$90m & the Canadian assets. Apologies in advance if I'm wrong. Then there is the balance of a further US$130m and the notes to convert some A$30m.
The Devil will be in the detail. However it has to be done, and gives some hope.
