The agreement has some good points including limiting the percentage of share they will get to 19.9% by spreading the equity takeup over several issues as the sp goes up.
The first agreement was the starter saying on your marks. This agreement is the starter saying get ready and when the DD is completed and the agreement finalised is the starter saying go and that is when we will see all those watching scramble to get their running shoes on and try and catch up
