None of us knows what happened behind the scene, whether they helped connect the two or what advice was provided, but I feel it was warranted in helping structure the terms (EverBlu). We would do the same thing at my firm.

Acquiring these two businesses, with foresight, wasn't the best business choice but a risk they took. Selling them whilst maintaining an interest is a smart business move, and I am sure you will agree with me on this (Especially as mentioned above to an all-female company that would have more support than ME1). This move is in line with reducing their expenditure and obtaining non-dilutive funding to shareholders. All in all, I am happy with this move. I had a minor heart attack but realised Halucenex isn't the essential MDMA/psilocybin entity. I am sure that access to the results will be easily obtainable.

I still stand firm in saying that ME1 is heading in the right direction.
