Realistically, CPH have had so many LOI and non binding agreements most people have lost interest.
The 2 things that this stock needs (in my opinion):
Leadership do something extraordinary in the eyes of shareholders to restore some faith in their operation
Start making profits that justify the amount of money we are paying management.
