KCN only has 220 million shares on issue because they don't dilute the stock over the years, that has been a very good trait of Ross over the years.
When they were desperate for financing , like in 2017, they got Investec, who are world leaders in their business & are still happily holding there over 2 million shares of KCN that cost them nothing, so if Ross needs advice, then he gets it from world leaders Investec..
They are not desperate anymore, so can close the door on the ambulance chaser finance salesman offering financing as a way to try and wiggle their way into the company like little worms through the backdoor.
TDG Gold news last night below, suggest financing imminant, so very Good news Ross didn't succumb to non-recourse 10-12% unnecessary financing from smelly bankers.
