It is a disappointing deal but it should make happy to those holders who was concerned for cash burn and kcn survival.
Cash compensation or loan from government definitely not on the table which makes Lot easier for thai government to settle to us with others benefits. Win win both sides. Question is how long they will take to sign of the approval.
Interesting kcn looking into the cost of restarting the mine without approval.
