Well - that answers my question as to why if NE was so fantastic the offers weren't flooding in - it wasn't. IF this goes ahead the only thing we can count on is the $25m - the rest is just speculation, and the announcement title is misleading at best. I find it really strange that all the people who were trumpeting $100s of millions of dollars compensation are now more than happy with the idea of $0 compensation - I guess some people just have to keep hoping. My sentiment has changed from Buy to Sell as my level of hope has gone south drastically based on what I consider the completely incompetent showing.....maybe KCN will get to reopen the mine but in doing so will burn most of the cash we have, and then it has to achieve some level of profitability for it's remaining life. I am one of those suckers who bought in 10 years ago and have averaged down, but will be out soon to make better use of the $s elsewhere - GLTA, IMHO, SWAG, IABA
