At the end of the day, I reckon it's obvious to see the enormous synergy buying this company provides. The fact that it is only $3 million up front and the rest will be staged over years is very clever because it gives Buddy time to get those pipeline deals signed and revenue producing. Dave is all about growth and that is to be admired.
