Ann: LOI signed to acquire assets & business of Noveda-BUD.AX, page-125

BUD seems to be pushing all the right buttons but sadly without committing to anything.
First they have their SAAS offering which they are not focussing on.
Then came the paas offering with parse replacement which they pumped with some cryptic announcements.
Then comes the acquisition of a hardware start-up with no revenue in sight.

This happens when the top holders/management grow up in tech culture but are very short sighted and have no immediate exposure to struggles of a tech company.

I am not sharing a popular opinion here but it seems that they are struggling to come up with revenue and they are throwing everything on the wall and trying to see what sticks. This will need a CR because if the Noveda acquisitions is going to bring in revenue then the one making the money here would be brokers which will table the finance and the ones getting shafted will be retail.
