The Initial announcement was very clear, a signed letter of intent and some broad possible financial terms subject to due diligence and execution of a binding term agreement.
What are you all expecting at this stage? The LOI gives them exclusivity and first right to potentially proceed with a transaction. Further details will obviously be released when (and if) the deal is proposed to move through to transactional phase.
This will include all relevant financial disclosures of Noveda and terms of the purchase.
They have known and been in partnership with these guys for a while, and obviously know their management and business well, why on earth would they look to purchase a business that was rubbish and that offered no strategic value, growth opportunity and additional revenue pipelines? Seriously.
This company is one that is going to require patience, and let's look forward to further updates.
