This is a great acquisition by BUD as they plan to target "smart cities" and large infrastructure. By acquiring noveda, they close the loop on their offering by providing a proven front end with BUDs back end that is capable of sandboxing data around the globe and capable of handling huge volumes of data traffic. More importantly the two businesses complement one another nicely and BUD will receive a substantial revenue uplift. Now that BUD has finished presenting at 3 x global conferences and used considerable time landing the PARSE deal, expect them to now start execute on the GROWING PIPELINE. I suspect the suspension was a result of an asx query re revenue uplift.
