I really think you might need to start looking at getting your information from a better source...try to avoid anyone from the Morgan Stanley camp.and look for a use of consistant detail.... The mention of the plant being 1.9million ton lithium cap should have anyone questioning this document....and the use of the term "Lithium Salts" is technically correct covers a broad range of lithium products....the plant produces lithium hyrdoxide...the fact the writer didnt say that indicates they weren't sure or just dodnt know...orcwas just copying so many other articles floating about all daying the same thing.
