Havent 'admitted' anything, I'm not on the board, how would I know what will happen. Unsure how the plan works and who polices how the money is spent, but did you ever consider that some of our costs might be for r&d and that reducing those costs would extend how long it is before we need more money?

Our loss for 2019 FY is only ~5m, not over 10m as you would imply (2.5m per quater or more is what you claim, double the actual figures). You wouldn't be working off quarters where we had purchased DLI and pretending that we are gonna be spending that same amount every quater are you? Cmon procap, we talked about this. You gotta try to be honest and accurate and not misrepresent the numbers...
