You misread my comment about bankrupted lithium companys.
When a company goes bankrupt. The assets don't go "poof" and disappear. The banks liquidators essentially have a fire sale to recoup losses from the physical assets.
That's where LPD could say.... buy all the dead companys stockpiled unrefined lithium. Or even aquire expensive converter tech on the cheap.
