Yes, you've got a bit wrong.
P1 hasn't been built yet, we're still waiting for the feasibility study, which is due in March.
The pilot plant is what has been built, and that is going to be adapted to hydroxide production, which will then be run again and the material used for qualification for offtake. BASF is the obvious partner there, but I doubt they are the only ones being informed of the progress, or will receive samples when the pilot plant runs again.
