    Can anyone provide me with the date of the preso that stated we had 3 binding offtakes back in 2018/2019?

    Regarding this announcement, You can't say it's for 100% and then state separately 'up to' and not even mention a minimum. How can anyone be happy with this lack of detail/spin.
