Awesome, although I note it doesn't seem to say what the fixed commission actually was... probably because PB had nothing to negotiate with after giving the 10+% of the company so that the shareholders couldn't challenge the board members.
Yes, i'm still stewing on how much of a low-down, dirty act that was.
