    As far as I know FID has not been taken.
    But the horse has well and truly bolted. Not sure what to make of it all. Is there a reason why FID not signed off? Is there a govt approval missing?

    Could there be a scenario where mill, camp, tailing dams etc all built but pre-strip can't start because of some petty hurdle?
