I was expecting it to be completed by now, it appears there are some issues with the License Agreements being signed off on which they have been very vague about... they were expecting them to be sorted in the next few weeks on the 8th of Oct with DD extended by 30 days from signing... they havent provided much information since then which is disappointing.
Given the upfront payment is approx. AUD$2.75 mil AUD i would be expecting a CR of at least $4mil... which at this SP will result in a massive amount of shares being issues.
These delays and the recent weakness in the Co price couldnt have come at a worse time.
I still believe there is value at 6c, those who bought in the high teens + are going to struggle to recoup losses in the short term however.
I was expecting it to be completed by now, it appears there are...
