From what I know, all of your points seem possible/plausible over the medium term and as @Autosime mentions, country risk does seem to be less relevant for RSG. Also, whilst I know that Bibiani is going to be a new mine, I am hopeful that RSG have now got a good hold on how to bring locals on-board without them trying to blackmail the company etc.
I cannot deny being a little jealous of the likes of NST shareholders, with their ever increasing share price, which at any time they can turn into almost 6 RSG shares. Anyway, looking forward to seeing if some of your possible catalysts come true!
